We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, we're here to help.

📦 Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

⚠️ Important: Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

🚫 Non-returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. These include:

  • Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics, skincare)

  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., lingerie, undergarments)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items (if marked "final sale")

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before requesting a return.

💸 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or wrong item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

  • For other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer or deducted from the refund.

A return shipping label and instructions will be provided once your return is approved.

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size or color?

The fastest way is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI. We'll contact you for your details after return approval.

🕒 It may take some time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

🚚 Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at buy.vibes007@gmail.com with your order number.

Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you can still return it after delivery (if eligible).

📦 Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours if:

  • The item is defective or damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
